You are what you eat! More specifically, you are what you absorb and assimilate. You will not benefit from the vital nutrients in healthy food until you first eat it, digest it, absorb it, assimilate it, and utilize the energy from it. What you eat and absorb literally becomes a part of you. Likewise, you will not experience the promises of God’s Word until you learn to eat it, digest it, absorb it, assimilate it, and utilize the energy from it, and you do this through Biblical meditation. When you practice the lost art of Biblical meditation on God’s Living Words, His Word becomes a part of you, and you will discover great strength, clarity, insight, power, and joy flooding your life.
