Jesus started a revolution with just one word.  He taught His disciples to address God in prayer as “Abba”. Jesus came to not only reveal the lavish love of our Father, but also to restore the intimacy, identity, and inheritance that we share with Him.  When we pray, we are not to relate to God as just our Creator or Ruler. We are to use the intimate language of home. Jesus called God “Abba” which translated means Dad, Daddy, or Papa.
